Voice notes

Record once, send to every lead. Each note becomes a native iMessage voice memo (Sendblue, .caf) that fires from a sequence step. Record here on your phone or laptop, or upload a file from Voice Memos. Keep them 20–45 seconds, one idea each, no names (the text next to it carries the name).

Converted files are served at /app/media/voice/<slug>.caf for Sendblue to fetch. Test sends only ever go to your phone. Recordings live on the instance; "locked in" means a copy is in the app folder and survives a rebuild (I do that step). Sequence steps reference notes by slug; a step whose note isn't recorded yet is skipped, never sent empty.
