Activity last outbound texts and emails across the whole account, by who sent them

Times are UTC-5. Leads = GHL contacts created in the window carrying the funnel's tags; booked = those also carrying a booking tag. Engine = the Sentinel automation service: queued steps, reply watchers and AI-responder sessions attributed to this funnel's contacts; "last fired" comes from the engine's own fire log (starts 9/14) and from the newest outbound message it sent. GHL workflows are matched by name; GHL's API exposes publish state but not run history, so their "last fired" is the newest workflow-sent message to one of the funnel's contacts. Spend needs a Meta token with ads_read on Connections.
